What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Our preference is for simplicity, and we presume that this is also your preference. For customers in the United States, we provide one hassle-free shipping option at a flat rate ($6 per order), irrespective of the number of bottles. Typically, orders are shipped through USPS (also called the post office) and received within 10-15 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Your can also login in to your account on our website to track your order.
Do you provide expedited shipping?
Please note we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

When can I expect my refund?
Please be patient as our warehouse may take up to two weeks to receive and handle your return. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once we have processed your refund.


Do you accept returns?
We do allow returns for the following conditions:
- The item must have been originally purchased on our online store
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The request for return or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
In order to return an item, kindly reach out to our customer service to obtain a Return Address. Once you receive the address, securely place the item back in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.
Please note that in some cases, the cost of return shipment may be free. However, if the reason for return is not a result of an error on our part at, then the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will confirm the acceptance of your return within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of the acceptance of your return by our services.
